God does nothing in the earth, without first revealing His intentions through His prophets (See Amos 3:7). This is a timeless fact that continued even throughout the era of the early church. If the prophets are silent, God is silent. God’s Word always goes before His actions. He honors His Word, which means that by virtue of humanity, He has somehow put limitations on Himself.

If you have even a small touch of the gift of prophecy, though Moses said He wished we were all prophets (See Numbers 11:29), and Paul said covet the good gifts (See 1 Corinthians 12:31), particularly prophecy (See 1 Corinthians 14:39), then you need to speak the Word of God so this nation knows that God is speaking and what He is saying. We have been silent long enough. Change will not come, until the prophets start speaking again. This is not a license to start prophe-lying and speak from our own minds. This is an encouragement to speak the mind of God into this nation, and into creation.

There are so many believers using the power of speech to prophesy about what the devil is doing and furthering his sinister agenda. We need to hear more about what God is doing, what His heart is for this nation, our churches, and our communities.
